Ekon supplies PE plastic sheets to the thermoforming market. These can be on the one hand thick sheets for large applications, but on the other hand also thin material on roll for e.g. packaging.
    
We have the ability to make PE for thermoforming from virgin or recycled plastic. Making a mix, specifically tailored to your needs, is another possibility as well. Because the thermoforming of PE is different for each product, we would like to discuss the options with you.
     
PE sheet for thermoforming can be delivered up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm.
PE film for thermoforming is available in thicknesses from 0.8 up to 3.0 mm.
